If you can't get ReiNAND, you can't get Luma3DS, Corbenik, SaltFW, or CakesFW. You need to downgrade, then follow the guide. You've asked this same question 3 times now and I am starting to think you are either doing this intentionally or just trying to get your post count up.

Stop making new topics, that is three topics for the exact same question. You can NOT do anything without a hard mod, or the fieldrunner exploit (and a second 3DS). This has been told to you over and over and over. Stop it.
In the case that you aren't trolling, he/she did that because you cannot install a9lh from 11.0, period.
