Homebrew Arm11 (core 1) pefetch abort (scvBreak) Luma 3DS crashing on boot

As stated in the title, I am crashing upon launch of my 2DS XL. I was getting this error message before on my Homebrew Launcher, and during my attempts to fix my Homebrew Launcher (reinstalling a few different .cia files), I started to crash on launch.

I've downloaded a backup .zip from this thread /threads/3ds-cfw-restoring-functionality-on-a-new-sd-card.507458/#post-8052010

I made a backup on my computer of my files on my 2DS, and just formatted the SD card. I'm currently running H2testw on the SD card.

I have no idea what I'm doing here, I've seen other posts say that I need to do a CTR transfer or something like that, but I don't have backup files (other than the ones that caused the issue in the first place I think).

Any help would be much appreciated.

@TheCyberQuake I saw you post on something similar, but he resolved it himself via a CTR transfer. Could you walk me through that? Or tell me what I'll need?

A ctrnand transfer may solve the issue. Essentially what it is is using a decrypted nand dump from another system and then reencrypting and restoring it to the system (not entirely accurate, but it's the simplest I can make it).
Meaning even if you don't have a valid backup from your own system, you'll be able to use a ctrnand dump from another system.

Also before you do that, luma crashing should give some info upon crash, so having the info it gives would help troubleshoot the key problem here.

I found that guide, and followed the steps. I'm able to launch stable onto an older OS. I'm about to try CTR transferring the latest Luma now that I have it launching stable. Thanks for the quick response mate.

Okay, now when I try to launch my homebrew launcher to install FBI, I get the same crash message @TheCyberQuake

Exactly how are you launching homebrew launcher?

Going into Download Play, opening the rosalina menu, assigning the app to be homebrew launcher, then launching

Try redownloading the hombrew launcher boot.3dsx (or even just make sure it's on your SD root)

I've redownloaded the file a few times (before the boot crashing as well), and was still getting the same error when trying to open the app.

Could I try an older version of the homebrew launcher? Or maybe an older version of Luma?

Update. I'm stupid lol. I cleaned up some files on my SD a bit ago, and I removed the boot.3dsx from my root. And wasn't putting it back in on the root, but into the 3ds file instead. I'm all fixed. Thank you for all of your help
