There is another eCFW for the Playstation Vita UNO exploit. This one seems to be better than the CEF release that came out in the beginning of this month:

    FEATURES

    • PSX game support (soundless so far, our sound plugin is too glitchy for public use at the moment)
    • ISO/CSO game support
    • NoDRM Engine for decrypted dlc playback
    • MS-SpeedBoost (most noticable on games like soul calibur)
    • Stargate Game Patches (fixes several anti-cfw games)
    • Customizable Main Menu
    • Plugin support
    • Recovery support
    • ISO-cache support (speed up ISO gaming)
Note that going back to the menu from a game is different in this release: Press L + R + Down + Start.

So do I overwrite the folder with my N64 SNES emulator or should I use to serpate folders and retransfer everytime?
Also when I place my ISO in the UNO save folder I cant find it in the CFW menu, is there somewhere else I have to place it?

You use the up and down buttons on your D-pad to navigate through folders. Every homebrew should work as they did before, just that you have to navigate to the right folder containing it. If you can't find your ISOS i recommend using PSPfiler to move them to ms0:/ISO.

    Apps go to ms0:/PSP/GAME/(WHATEVER)/
    and Iso to ms0:/ISO/

Best way to transfer files is Vita ftp. Do you know how to connect to a ftp server ?

Has anyone found a working SNES emulator with this exploit? I tried SNES9x TYL ME and it freezes when loading games.

Some users have said that the SNES9x TYL with the removed opening works better: http://wololo.net/downloads/index.php/download/670

Are you uploading roms to your Vita via FTP? Be sure to use Active Mode when uploading files. It solved the problem for me.
