Hacking Are there mods for games other than Sm4sh and Mario Kart 8?

I want to mod other Wii U games but all I find is Sm4sh and MK8 mods. Does anyone know where to get mods for other games?

There's ink colour and Octoling hacks for Splatoon. That's all I really know though.

Thanks for the replies but other than Splatoon and the other two are there more popular games that have mods? (E.x. Mario Maker, Sonic Lost World, Non-Music Pokken, ect.)

With Cafiine and SD Cafiine you can do mods to any game. Go read those threads. There are many cheats that have already been posted.

Most of the pre built mod packages are just the same type of cheats made pretty and put in a GUI.

There's a Twilight Princess and Wind Waker trainer too.

Sonic Lost World has mods, it's just that they're all on PC. They can be ported, you'd just have to change the .dds files to .gtx.

I believe that some team in some thread is currently working on a Newer Super Mario Bros. U.
They've even released their new "Satoru!" level editor, that has built-in tileset editing support.
I've never used their tools myself, but they sound pretty awesome.

Sonic Lost World has mods, it's just that they're all on PC. They can be ported, you'd just have to change the .dds files to .gtx.

And I'm guessing there's no converter for that yet?

Just remember than TexConv2 is a part of the official Wii U SDK, which shouldn't really be used if you care about morals.
I believe @AboodXD has a work-in-progress unofficial GTX extractor, search for it on the forums.

Wait, TexConv2 is part of the SDK? Crap. I thought it was free to use, because I see it floating around VG-Resource all the time. That, or I don't remember the name of it.

You know, new stuff or backgrounds. That would be very cool.

Creating backgrounds = Creating a high-poly model.

Texture hacks would be way easier to pull off.

If some one can send me NSMBW textures, I can put them in SMM.
