cos i need to know the new releases and which games are good etc

I suppose you have already checked xbox-scene. You can just visit a big forum and go to the x360 thread. I'm sure you'll find people who are getting their games as early as you so...you'll find what you want. And...no,I don't have any suggestion for a big forum!

Awesome, Thanks for the blog updates Thug, Saves me checking release sites which tend to be really slow these days... The only half decent release site ive found is ABGX.net Might be worth a look and they also let you know if the dump is decent with all the checks and crc's correct

regarding crc checks and the like, does xdvdmulleter actually work? every scene release i've downloaded comes back with errors when i run the iso through xdvdmulleter's checks. Sure you can do an autofix, but when you check it again the same errors come up??

any advice on this? or should i just stick with the feedback on ABGX.net

that's bizarre are you using the newest mulleter?
it must be a program bug if its doing it to games that you have fixed.
try schtromm or something
