ROM Hack Are there any Pokemon Platinum/Heartgold/Soulsilver hacks with 5th gen

Is there any hacks that change the sprites and names of Pokemon to 5th gen Pokemon? I would like that.

So far it seems like the one Dray linked is the only one. Now I am unsure if I should go and play my copy of Shiny Gold hack or wait until one of these other projects are finished >.
