Are there any DS emulators that can boot GBA games at the same time?

I know No$GBA can play GBA games just as well as DS games, but my question is can any emulator load both at the same time?

If I had to use an example, it would be like any Generation IV Pokemon game that uses the Pal Park to connect to a Generation III game by recognizing whether or not the game is in the slot.

Can any DS emulators work like that?

Maybe if you run two instances of the program at the same time??? Or have two copies of NO$GBA on your computer and run them both at the same time...

DeSmuME has something to load for a slot-2. You can put:
    • Compact Flash.
    • Rumble pack.
    • GBA game.
    • NONE.
