ROM Hack Are there any alternatives to ctrtool?

I use asia81's packhack (v4.3), but I can't find a way to unpack decrypted exefs. I have no idea how to get ctrtool working, is there any other way I can unpack the exefs?

Use this command in CtrTool with your decrypted exefs in the same directory:

ctrtool --intype=exefs --exefsdir=exefsdir --decompresscode exefs.bin

When I ype that it just says ExeFS: and nothing happens. Please help me.
