So yeah, I'm just wondering what your opinions are, I'm trying to decide whether to learn one for the elite 4 or not

They miss most of the time because the accuracy is really low and all of them have a PP of 5. So my answer is a big no.

EDIT: Here's the party which with I beat the E4:

    1) Emboar - 66
    2) Celebi - 54
    3) Thundurus - 46
    4) Zoroark - 54
    5) Fraxure - 46
    6) Ditto - 54

    kinda game breaking

I took the distro rom and I distributed one to Pearl and then I transferred it to my white using the relocater.

If you happen to get a pokemon with both a next-move-hits move (such as Mind Reader) and a OHKO move, that could be good... but good luck with that as only Articuno learns both those types of moves, and it only works if your pokemon's level isn't lower than the opponent.
