MegaMan X2 uses custom Capcom chips and Seiken Densetsu uses some really clever compression techniques.
Chances are MegaMan X2 will never run on SNemulDS (it won't run on a proper SNES using a backup device, original cart only) and Seiken Densetsu will run when the emulator is more compatible.
