Is there any flash carts still available for sale on the net somewhere that is compatible with a GBA SP or original GBA? I have been looking everywhere and not sure if they still exist.

You could use a GBA sized EZ-Flash 3in1 though you'd need a DS to reflash it all the time.

I'd get a EZ-Flash 4 it uses a Mini-sd.

(all GBA carts work on any GBA device)

I meant from what I've seen on the forums, 0SZ is regarded as a safe place to order from. Sorry if I didn't make myself clear.

It makes more sense now that you explained yourself. Thanks for the help and reassurance. I noticed that 0SZ is down today so whatever that means.... I placed my Oder for one flash cart on the 7th and it was shipped on the 12th from what my tracking number tells me. I also purchased the insurance. They sent me a picture of my package which I thought was rather odd and kind of funny. Hopefully it gets here in a week or so. I'll reply back with whether this was a good experience or not.
