Hacking .arc files in PSP iso's

Hi all.

The iso of Bomberman (US version) is filled with .arc files. In www .scribd com/document/385141045/Bomeberman-ULUS-10121 you can see exactly what i'm talking about. I'm sure its just some type of encryption.
Anyone here know how to extract these files? I tried FreeArc and PeaZip but got no luck.

Solved. Used quickbms with the following script: arc_WpX.bms.
Just search "WpX" at ZenHAX.
