Hacking Applying Ocarina/Gecko Cheats to VC/WiiWare on SD Menu?

Is there a way to apply codes for ocarina to games running off of the SD Menu? My wii doesn't have much more internal memory left, and all of my channel games are on the SD Menu...

What I mean is that, if I go on the Ocarina code forums and find a code that enables infinite lives on Super Mario Bros 3 and want to use it, can I apply that code even when I don't have SMB 3 on the Wii internal memory, but when it's installed on my SD Card?

No prob!! lol If there ever is a new release that allows u 2 load cheats through the SD Card menu then u could!! lol
