Hacking App Idea: Mobile game streaming to Vita

Aren't you mad when games get released for Android and iOS that would be 10 times better on the Vita? (Yes, I'm talking to you Squenix) So here is an idea: Make a Vita remote play app for android/ios. At least for Android this should be doable, right?
