Well you're not really "emulating" ds games on a flashcart, but you can download various emulators such as jenesisDS (MegaDrive/Genesis emulator), nesDS (NES emulator) and lolSNES (SNES emulator)

NES, SNES, GB, GBC, GG, MS, GEN, etc.

No point in emulating any, basically all the emulators that you could use DS flashcarts for can be run better using 3ds software.
