AP World History exam is tommorow.... D: I'm ervous as hell. We took a practice as our final, and I got 40 out of 70... I skipped too many. I need to study like hell tonight...

Question, what year did WW2 begin?

If you said 1939 you are wrong. That is just the year war broke out in Europe. It was not yet a global conflict until the war included the US and the Japanese in 1941. But not everyone sees the conflict equally. In the case of Russia, it was called the Great Patriotic war, and THAT began with operation Barbarossa when Germany invaded in June of 41. The Chinese were fighting the Japanese several years before 1939. To them WW2 started much earlier.

If you're wasting time online when you should be studying, you will fail your exam tomorrow.

World History Fact #2:

As Panzer has pointed out, most of the "facts" that you are learning for your exam are biased and pointlessly shallow anyway. The real history is in the context surrounding the decisions on both sides of historical issues.

So cram your head full of useless facts for tomorrow, then forget it all anyway.

If you want any advice that might actually be useful, re-take your practice exam with the book as a reference until you can get 100% on it. If you understand the correct answers on the practice exam, you'll do fine on the real one. Chances are, it will be most of the same questions and concepts, just re-worded.

And yeah, I've studied. I'm more prepared than I sound, it's just things like this give me the shakes. I've been studying for months. I'm not worried about the essays. I'm good at those. It's just sometimes I go too fast on MC questions and miss really obvious things. >_
