Homebrew Anyways of getting into homebrew to install menuhax? (9.2 sysnand)

O3DS sysnand 9.2 emunand 11.x rxtools
How this happened...my friend played around with theme manager and it removed my theme and I'm guessing it messed up and overwrote menuhaxs.

Browser Hacks doesn't work, consistently crashes, then yellow screen, and then error.

I was able to get rxTools to boot and install the homebrew cia on sysnand but I also get another error asking about payloads.

Things I tried:
-Resetting the browser, time day 1/1/2001
-qr codes
-deleting webkits
-new starter kit
-renaming the payloads to 9.2

If menuhaxs is impossible....any other offline methods?

Rxtools has been around since 2015 and died near the end of 2016.

I don't need to move the emunand to sysnand right? I'm using a9lh to b9s

thers no nee dto even use Emunand anymore even w/ A9LH then there was only 1 scenario where you'd Perma brick(even then Emunand wouldnt Protect you from it.)(an MCU Brick) w/ the tools we have now even with B9S you can always recover your NAND should you foul it up somethin fierce.
