Hacking Anyway to update a REBUG 4.84 PS3 to 4.85 REBUG.

There is no 4.85 Rebug CFW at the moment, if you want to play online, you'll need to spoof your version to the latest.
Also, it is not recommended to use 4.85 now because a lot of tools need to be updated/tested.
