Hacking Anyway to turn off update firmware notice everytime you open the game?

The only reason I hate being on lower firmware is the constant nagging for update on Switch. It make the seamlessly transition between UI got clunky because I have to confirm not want to update every fucking time I turn anything on.

Is there anyway to turn it off or remove it, or firmware proof to stop them from popping up?

Delete Internet settings.
Enable flight mode.
Boot into maintenance mode to remove nag.

Never connect to the internet or disable flight mode if you don't want this to happen again.
