is there anyway to play games that dont have official online features, but do have single or multi cart multi player online? are there any programmes out that do this?

Not that I know of. If Xlink Kai doesn't support it (which it doesn't) I doubt there would be any alternative.
If it were possible team Xlink would be the first to implement it into their Kai application.

they were doin it on xlink but all the noobs gave em shit so they stopped it
It got to the PoC stage, but was abandoned because Ni-Fi games require sub 10ms pings, which is unworkable over the internet.

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1
