Well you can use the half-byte loader to run homebrew, but if you're looking for plugins and ISOs like a full hack, no.
Someone needs to make a FAQ for the PSP section, it's getting annoying.
Two examples.
Q: I'm above 5.03 firmware, can I hack my PSP without pandora?
A: No.
Q: I'm cheap and I don't like spending the full amount of money on a official memory stick, can I buy one for less on eBay or mysterious sites?

Oh i though I can run the half-byte loader to run homebrew and run a homebrew that will downgrade my PSP... Either that or launch a homebrew that will make my PSP battery a Pandora.
