    Depending on your soundcard, you might have "Stereo Mixer" option. If you don't, try ShadowXP's method.

    In Firefox:

    type about:cache in the url field

    Hit the "List Cache Entries" link

    Search for .mp3, right click on the right file, and save as [​IMG]

    view teh sourcey? search for .mp3 or other formats. i just have an audio loopback driver installed that lest me play it and it records it when it plays

    I believe GreaseMonkey can help you but it's not the easiest method. The easiest is to go to the source and "save as" to your computer. Sometimes it's in weird formats which you have to change to MP3 format, but Linux will automatically detect the file type.
