    as the title...
The init screen is too bright for me, and it drain battery faster when running decrypt9...

I keep seeing people say this, but I don't think it's brought at all.

iirc (at least for dark samus' version), screen brightness is on the 3rd level. Is Delebile's version brighter?

I wouldn't know then, your best bet is probably to use dark samus' version.

I use delebile's version and i think the brightness level is 3. But yeah, it would be cool if we could set the brightness with a configuration file...

Right now the only way is to modify the source (screen_init.c) from 39 to desired value and compile yourself.

So I suppose I have to change this line (#define BRIGHTNESS 0x39) to #define BRIGHTNESS 0x00 in order to have a level 1 brightness?

No idea whether 00 is none or lowest, so IDK. I'd try with 1C (half) just to be safe. Should be about 1.5 brightness level if 39 is 3.

OK, so I just recompiled with BRIGHTNESS 0x13 (39 divided by 3 = 13). And yeah, it seems it's 1 brightness level.
    So I suppose:
    -Level 1: 0x13
    -Level 2: 0x26
    -Level 3: 0x39
    -Level 4: 0x4C
    -Level 5: 0x5F

    Actually...
    13*4 = 0x4C
    13*5 = 0x5F
But the rest of what you said is correct :)
I wonder if other brightness levels than the normal 1-5 ones will work. Especially higher brightness levels (not that level 5 isn't high enough, except maybe in direct sunlight)

    Err yeah, it's in hexadecimal -_-' ((13*5)10 = (95)10 = (5F)16)
