ROM Hack Anything like a new map for Pokemon games?

What I mean is, has anyone taken the map of Sinnoh and completely changed it. Are there any programs or projects, anything?

If you pop over to Pokemon Community there's a thread there where people are finding all of the little ways to hack Diamond and Pearl. But until they've gone a lot further and made some usable editing tools, no big hacks are going to exist for the DS Pokemon games. Until then the best things we have are Fire Red/Leaf Green and Emerald hacks...
