Hacking Anything I Can Do? I Messed Up :P (Lost Cubic Ninja)

Hey, yeah, I messed up. I lost my Cubic Ninja cartridge (I might know where it is, hopefully, but can't check until tomorrow .-.), didn't install NVRAM (Was planning on doing it tonight) and i'm stuck. XD I'm in EmuNand, but if my device runs out of battery or I mess up by going into settings or anything i'm screwed. Is my only option is buy a new cart, and stay in EmuNand until it arrives, or is there any way to fix it and install NVRAM while in EmuNand?

Currently not. Just stay in emunand (sleep mode works without problem, I stay in emunand for days) until you find your cubic ninja.

NVRAM makes it so you can boot into Gateway mode w/o Cubic Ninja. You normally need CN in order to get into Gateway mode (which lets you into EmuNand, which lets you play games on the 3DS XD). I lost the game, so I have no way into Gateway Mode, which means if I turn off my device, it's basically a brick (as I have no retail games) until I get my copy of Cubic Ninja back.

Do you have a ds mode flashcard? and is your Mset downgraded already? You could use the bluecard installer if so.

if you downgraded the "system setting" app to its 4.5 version. The mset exploit won't work if you didn't downgrade it first.

No Sky3DS, I have a Gateway, and tbh I didn't really see an advantage of getting Sky if I had Gateway

You will then be able to load gateway mode vie the classic old 3ds method, which is accessig profile, then ds profile. But if you didn't downgrade the app first, the exploit won't work, even if you wrote the nvram.
You must downgrade the app to get the exploit working.

I did it in my n3ds, and works like a charm

I was literally going to look into installing NVRam and what I need to do that tonight, and ofc I loose the cart. Oh well XD If I can't find it i'll just buy another, RIP $40 :/

Yeah you are right , but I got mine to boot CN game and run the exploit since my new 3ds is AUS and no European games to be found in my country

You're right, I might get it Soon™, I hope (Just curious, where did that joke come from? Did the people from Gateway say that they were releasing something Soon™ and it just caught on?)

I'm not sure if it is possible (someone else has to try it who got some kind of entry point available, ie. OP should not try until it is confirmed as OP got no way to go back if it froze, etc): Install Cubic Ninja of same region in emuNAND using BBM/DevMenu then go back to HOME, connect to internet WITHOUT going into System Settings (should have a working internet settings already (should show internet on top left), unwrap and launch the game, (DO NOT insert GW cart right now) and scan AR to install and execute the exploit to go to GW menu. From there on try the usual steps to set up NVRAM and MSET, etc.
