Homebrew Anyone tried making some sort of Virtual Machine client?

Essentially, Virtualbox on wii. Can it be done? I'm trying to make my Wii run Windows 98, and I thought I'd check before trying to use DOSbox. If there's any guide for installing Windows on Wii DOSbox that could also be helpful.
