Yes via Xlink Kai or PPSSPP hamachi but definitely you need a PC to do that.
We can't revive the servers but there are always alternative ways to play online.

Of course , not a long time ago , about a month ago , there wasn't even anyone play Monster Hunter , I've never seen anybody playing games other than Monster Hunter.
Xlink kai is mostly for friends to play when they want.
