Hi I'm looking to get one of my 3DS's hard modded and I can't find anyone near me that can do it so I'm hoping that I can find a few people here. One guy said he would do it if I mailed it to him but I don't do all that haha. If your not busy I would love to get one of them modded today. I will pay $65 for it. Not sure if I'm supposed to ask here but it's worth the risk because I don't know anything about soldering. I'll even drive a hour to get to someone.

Call some pc repair shops and cell phone repair places.

@hundshamer is the best in the US but is located in IL. You might be better off going with his experience then trying locally

    I'd agree with Ron.

Even if you found a local shop and they don't specialize you'd have to provide them with the pin out and how to wire the SD adapter. I'm sure they'd probably charge more than $65.

I have gone to local people in a pinch and ALWAYS regretted it (I live in california were soldering people are a dime a dozen). When dealing with expensive small electronics trust experience over convenience
