Last week I bought a new PS3 because my previous one died. But of course the new PS3's can't play PS2 games. I knew this before I bought it but I didn't have much of a choice. So yeah now I need a new PS2. Any ideas on where to find one for a reasonable price?

You are not going to find them brand new anymore unless you go ebay and pay redicilous ammounts, unless america sell them new but i doubt it, all places that sold them new are gone now, gamestop should do a cheap slim ps2 or try your local flea market and get one bundled with a bunch of games.

I've seen brand new PS2s for sale at certain retailers like Zellers.

Yeah up to lately Zellers had them because their electronics are overpriced. But they are closing down (all?) stores everything is on sale and last time I went in they had no consoles at all.

You're gonna gave a hard time finding a new one.
Even though Sony still makes them (I think) most stores don't carry them.
You can try Amazon or eBay though.

My suggestion: IF you have a decent PC (esp. a decent CPU, dual-core 2.0GHz should suffice), look into PCSX2.
It's a great emulator, works very very well, and I've had a blast with it already.
