I ordered a 2 sky3ds+ early February from them and haven't heard any thing sense ive also emailed them asking about the sky3ds and no reply. Should i open a dispute in paypal?

Just an update looks like wewaware is dead the depute was automatically raised to a claim which means his paypal account was frozen or closed so don't buy from him.

Sadly, any seller who takes Paypal for payment will go down that road eventually.

Paypal forbids flashcarts sales and eventually will shut them down. That's why most places only accept credit cards.
