anyone know how to update your system offline without putting up a ver

    Well you need someone to provide you the MiiChannel.wad then you use Wad Manager 1.3 to install it on your Wii, I believe you asked in another thread already about this, go ask that person for the .wad file...!!! [​IMG]

    I honestly wouldn't even bother, if you have no idea what your doing. The Mii Channel Updater is the only sane way to go about it, so just find a wifi point and run it.

    There's no point in having an updated Mii Channel anyways. No real functionality has been added.

    Don't ask for system menu WADs.

    It's illegal..

    And, if you don't even know a system menu WAD exist, then... you're ahead of a brick

    NO, you wouldnt need to install all the IOS.

    oh one more thing if i uninstall preloader is there a way that i can be sure that its off my nand for good or is it stuck THERE FOR ETERNITY

    If you reinstall the systemmenu (through a wad or AnyRegion Changer), preloader will go away. :/

    Or even updating will do. :/
