Hacking Anyone know how to make custom PS Vita bubbles permanent?

I'd like Package Installer to always stay on my home screen, even if I rebuild my database. Is there any way to do this?

I don't believe so no, what I've done is create an e-mail with the package installer link and dumped it into the drafts folder so I can find it in nothing flat. Something like that is probably the best you are going to manage unfortunately.

Thanks for the answer; I don't mind doing this, since it can be used offline if need be.
