You can somewhat do this on the Wii. I believe that Waninkoko made a wad making utility for the wii that allowed you to take content installed on your Wii and make a wad file out of it. http://www.teknoconsolas.es/blog/waninkoko/wad-creator-v10

Well it isn't installed yet. D: Cause it's a .BIN File, and you can't install .BIN's. You have to convert them. Thanks for the try though.

OH AND BTW:

I got it to a .WAD File, but I have another error, read my other topic if you can help.
