Love the Dragon Ball Heroes cards, and Ultimate Mission X has apparently all 3300 DBH cards in them. After extracting the files using a bms script (3ds_lz.bms) on the FileArc.bin files, the 4th one had some .tot files, where 3364 of them are the card files for the game. We discussed this over in r/DragonBallHeroes discord server and one of the dataminers told me that they indeed are the card files, as the example file I sent to them had an ID: "H1-32". Fyi, that ID matches that of an actual card, hence it's a card, or as the dataminer put it, the file "contained it". The same guy tried to fiddle around with it, but they couldnt do much...
