I'm American, but pre-ordered the Japanese, American and European versions of Triforce Heroes. However, I doubt that I will get the Japanese or European versions exactly on release day.

I think it wouldnt matter. I know, what you are thinking of. You cant play the game after get the seedDB, there is something missing when you pre load the game.

.....arrives? I will pick it up at 8.30am on release day. I'm not going to spend $70 on a game from the eShop that I can't return when I can buy a physical copy for $44-$59 (I can get EBgames to price match with whatever retailer has it for cheapest) and then return it if I don't want it anymore. Or wait a few days for it to appear for download you-know-where.

Nah. I don't want to put this out on coughcoughiso or anything... This is more of a test to see if day 1 content can be unlocked using a simple file found on ONE OF THE servers.
