I am of coarse talking about the extra tracks on wifi. I have only seen the loader that works with the real cart, but I have heard other EZ4 users have gotten it to work with the rom, without any explanation. If you have done it, how, and which patch/loader are you using?

The hack uses ndstool to rebuild the file system, this somethimes screws up patching and this it would seem is one of those cases.
All is not lost however for it should not be terribly hard to manually alter the file system (if you are going to try I would go with a simple repoint rather than adding to the end of the rom and repointing there) and fix up the header afterwards (I can not remember if the file system is included in the CRC or the header or not).
