ROM Hack Anyone familiar with .zrc files in Kid Icarus Uprising? Looking for decrypters.

Hello, been trying to access Kid Icarus Uprising files for personal reasons such as editing text, but most files are encrypted in .zrc files and not many have shown work on them, so I am looking for someone that can help me out. Compensation negotiation is available.

I'm going to bump this in case somebody is interested, because I would like KIU's files to become accessible myself so that I could know how exactly the Powers work. The Power system deserves to be reverse engineered.
