Gaming anyone done Touch Detective?

i just cant seem to find 1 bonus mission. it is the second one on page 5 of the investigation report. "Answered the advanced touch question - What's inside?"

can anyone tell me who to talk to?

What's inside?
I believe it's the box on the Fortuneteller's place.
Touch it multiple times, leave to another area, go back, and hopefully a new touch the box thing will occur.
