I'm used to using Adobe Imageready and now I have to use CS3 and I am lost with Fireworks.
In ImageReady I would do this:
1) Open up 4 gifs (All of the word sample for example) to make an animation
All the images are the same except the letter e in the word samplE
The letter E changes colours from blue, red, green, white
So in imageready to optimize the image I would keep layer 1 (AKA gif 1) intact
I would then:
2) Go to image 2 and remove everything except the letter E and make layer 1 visible.
3) Go to image 3 and remove everything except the letter E and make layer 1 visible.
You can save like 100k this way...anyone know how I do this in Fireworks? Much appreciation!!!
