Anybody know how to fix rvl 2 psu?

psu rvl-002 ntsc-u wii.

I have a 110v psu, rvl 2, official nintendo one. Well, it's been on 220v wall, and you may guess the rest.

Want to fix, and don't know if I can just buy components. I dont have great skill with soldering.
