Hacking Any workaround to install unsigned CIAs with FBI?

I realize that FBi cannot install edited ROMs, so I'm wondering is there a way to get around this? For example, installing another CIA installer with FBI and then using that to install unsigned CIAs? ROM hacks are fun. I want this because I don't pirate most games, I just want an easy way to run ROM hacks.

I use rxTools and no edited one's work. Only legit ones.

When you say "Legit" CIAs, do you mean dumps from console bundles? Or CIAs converted from .3DS files?

haha thats a damn good question. i just kinda assumed it would but maybe not. otherwise you could try installing dev menu. thats like an "official" .cia so id think that should work... maybe lol
