Any way to unlock Happy Home Paradise with NHSE Flag Editor?

I was looking through the new flags on NHSE for the 2.0 update and saw there was several new listings for the Happy Home Paradise DLC, would there be any way to unlock it through the flag editor without purchasing a copy?

edit house:
edits the exterior
edit villager button
allows you to edit furniture
* be warned starting characters houses and plot houses cant be properly furnished without happy home designers ability to edit npcs houses.

edit wear
edits their clothes

edit room
changes wallpaper and flooring and will set an accent wall

editt design patterm
allows importing of designs and sets it to the charcater

edit player memories
self explanitory

set diy timer
set what time they do diy and what item they will make and give u a recipe for
in my experience its a really complicated to make it actually work if someone else is doing diy at that time frame.
