Any way to transfer an Sd with EmuMMC + games to a pc emulator?

Hey Guys,
I had a modded switch that was running atmosphere with EmuMMC and a HUGE library of games. Since my little brother fried my modded switch, i havent had the motivation to get a new one, and id prefer to just emulate the games on my PC.
My question is how can I transfer my games from the EmuMMC/Raw1/Nintendo/Contents/registered/ folder on my sd card to an emulator like Ryujinx, so that I can play my games?
All the .nca files in the above folder are names some random combination of letters and numbers, so its hard to fin dout which .NCA folder matches with which game. I tired just importing the .NCA folders directly into ryujinx, but i get an error.

Are you talking about your saves? Then I would imagine you would just nxdumptool or goldleaf to retrieve it, and then play on nsp/xci files on your computer. NCA files are taken out of xci files if I'm not mistaken, and aren't the games themselves.
