    For xbox360

Instead of having to burn it, like you can on the wii..

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I don't know anything about the currant state of 360 hacking.

EDIT: Stupid me forgot to specify 360 [IMG] sorry

If you have a JTAG xbox. Yes you can.

Don't ask what JTAG is please, just google it.

    JTAG
    +proper applications
+proper kernel for JTAG, soldering, etc.
    +proper patching for some games
    +USB Hard drive
    =
    play games off of usb

I forgot that this forum is also for original Xbox and did not specify that I was asking about 360.

Is Jtag for the 360? or original only?

    JTAG is for 360.

    -Only modchips work for Hitachi.

Softmod or Modchip is for Xbox ORG.

unless you kernel is low enough, you can't use it. Honestly, you are better off buying Amazon DVD+R DL 50k for 32$, and playing games like that. USB is a waste of time.

JTAG is only good for homebrew, DLC, and games.
