Just wondering, as i live on campus at my university and its stupid that my ipod and iphone AND psp can connect, but not my DSi, simply because the DSi cannot supposedly handle username and password wifi connections. is there a hack for this?

Username and password wifi connections, especially in universities and the like usually allow the user to connect and then redirect "all" (there are some protocols that are allowed to escape which is great for tunnelling but that is a different matter) traffic until you identify (usually by a http based method).
You should then just be able to use a browser to connect and login, some use cookies and the like in which case you are probably out of luck but the better systems will "lease" to a given mac address or something.
Option 2 is you bridge/share your connection with a device (probably a laptop but you might get lucky with another device) that can access the network.

alright this sounds similar to McDonald's Wireless Connection.
When connecting to the wireless spot, you are still unable to use the internet unless you open the browser which automaticaly takes you to the McDonald's wifi page.
It works on the psp by just goin on the web browser...same way with the dsi. I hope your campus' wifi works that way

So my opinion is that they could age a bit better in the future, and maybe AMD will continue improving them via drivers like they tend to do. No guarantee there but they have done it in the past. Just a feeling I have.

@The Real Jdbye, I could see AMD trying to pull off the CPU GPU tandem thing, would be a way to maybe close the gap a bit with Nvidia. Plus it would kinda put Nvidia at a future disadvantage since Nvidia can't make X86/64 CPUs? Intel and AMD licensing issues... I wonder how much that has held back innovation.
