Are there any chips for a Xbox 360 that can be installed without soldering? I don't care about brand.

I have been trying to find a shop that will install an RGH chip at a decent here price in Toronto, Ontario Canada but I had no luck. The shops from the PSX days in Chinatown seemed to have closed down and all that is left is people that do it out of there personal homes. I don't trust going to homes, so I would prefer to do it on my own.

Their, hardly around anymore cause people will sue and complain about installs if their not working according to their will.
I personally would say F you to people that complain about an install.

Anyway, it's either the private guys or DIY it.
If you dun have the soldering skills then go to someone private.
Or set more money aside and get a pre-hacked one.

Yes.
There actually has been a case of some fucktard Wii owner sueing a friend of his (iirc) cause he installed a modchip inside his Wii.
Something didn't work and the guy sued him
They actually said IN COURT! that the device was used to play downloaded Wii games.
Basically admitting piracy.

Worst thing of it all?
The guy that sued his friend actually won as well.

I can perfectly understand why there aren't any modshops left.
Cause of scumbags that sue the fuck out of them.

Anyway, If you lived in Europe (or are willing to spend a fuck ton of money), you could send yer 360 to me and I could RGH it.
Other then that, you'll have to resort to local modshops or private installers.
Just ask for proof that they installed more then one chip.
If their "professionals" they can provide with pictures and enough proof that they use "expensive" soldering equipment.

... That's fucking stupid. Aside from the fact that the Wii can just be softmodded so easily. Did this happen in America? Geez lol.

Cause America is the only country that has some retarded law that says you can sue everyone?
I know, it's a total waste of taxpayers money as well.
Not to mention all the trouble they have gone through.

It seriously is just easier to forget about it and purchase a new Wii.

Thank fuck I live in Europe sometimes ;p

There's lots of people doing it, can highly recommend dgenx over at teamx360 if you want or some of the guys on tx forums but they can be a pain.

Its not a really hard job to do but it would be near the same price to buy the tools and do yourself as it would be to pay someone so unless your doing more than one then your best bet is to send it to someone.

Rgh is amazing!!
