Hacking Any way to inject homebrew into other apps?

Is it possible to inject homebrew into system apps or downloaded titles (or disguise it as another game)?
I want to do it mainly for security reasons (eg when I’m on PKGi, it shows up on my profile as Welcome park) so Sony doesn’t ban me. Another reason is so that I can make use of unused system apps, such as Near or Welcome park, and save space on the home screen.

I know it is possible to inject Vitashell into other apps. Also, Rinnegatamante’s history eraser app is disguised as a game (forgot what it was).

Use VitaRW and replace the system app's eboot.bin
