Wii U USB Helper can download anything from Nintendo's servers into an installable format, but is it possible to get this into a Loadiine format?

You can install it, then dump with ddd. That'd allow them to be ran with loadiine.

Just right click on a game under installed/downloaded and click "pack/unpack"

When you are watching your games download in USB Helper, at the bottom of the download screen you should see a checkbox that says "Unpack for Loadiine", or something like that. Check that little checkbox, and after the game(s) are done downloading, USB Helper will start unpacking them for Loadiine.

As for games not found on USB Helper, there is a Sticky Topic in this forum, you really cannot miss it unless you really didn't feel like reading.
