Homebrew Any way to change vwii region to a different country on Wii U?

Hey all, just wanted to make this post seeing if it were possible to change my region on vwii from say United States to United Kingdom (I don't mean like changing it from one NSTC region to another, I mean from changing it from a NTSC region to a PAL region.) Keep in mind I only want to change the actual country displayed. I know this is technically possible for Wii U but is it possible for vwii as well?
If any of you remember the old Wii hacking days, maybe something like anyregionchanger is what I'm thinking of but for wii u running vwii.

I don’t think it is possible. You will need to use Spiik for loading games like if it was from a different region
