Depends on the ROM you use. Some support this along with a compatible kernel, and some don't. You'll need a custom recovery and root to pull this off.

All Xiaomi phones come with a screen recording app, not sure if it's 60fps, but it works great for me. You could try, it's called MIUI Screen Recorder, find the apk.

That only works on MIUI, and doesn't record internal audio without a custom kernel. OP is most likely running AOSP, or an OEM's version of it, and will have to install a custom ROM for this.

Nope, just double checked, internal audio is recorded. Though I am running an official global MIUI rom, so I guess that's considered custom.
